"Other services" treated as "Hosting service"

I have "website build" set under other services as a product. But when I place an order manually it treats it as if it were a hosting service eg it gives it a username and password etc. Is this normal or is there a work around or another way I should set up other services?

That shouldn't happen, not if the product is set as other. Have you assigned anything to it under the modules tab?

 

Also check that you have not got Username etc set in the custom fields section.... we have this sometimes when we have duplicated products to create new ones.
