K Ashok
We do use WHMCS billing system. We had placed domain transfer order by login in client's billing account. While placing the Order we did selected ( Client's Default Billing details ) as : Domain Registrant Information . Once the domain got transferred with us the WHOIS details and registrant details were showing as "Our Company's" , Instead of customer's details in the billing account with us. Can anyone please help me on this ....?

Can anyone please help me on this ....? Are you using the eNom registrar module? I am using eNom, and I have the exact same problem as you. Every time we transfer a domain, the contact details is changed from the customer to us, and we must manually change it back. I have posted about it here: http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=25251

Please send a support ticket about this to WHMCS, because I have already sent a support ticket, but Matt believed the problem was only with my install/eNom, because nobody else had reported this problem. Therefore it is important that you send a support ticket, so that they understand that the problem is for real, and that it is not only me ho experience this. They should then investigate and fix this issue!
