Cancellation Re-Occurs, Why?

Hello Matt and Members,

I have this odd problem:-

We had a client signup with us and then left to say he found a better deal and then come back and requested his account be opened after we refunded him and the account was terminated.

The client put in a request to have the account cancelled immediately.

Problem now is, He re-payed for his account to be re-opened, Not an issue by me.:)

After it was re-activated everything was good, Though, When I come back to WHMCS today their was a ticket saying he/she cannot login into their cPanel. So I have a look via WHM and notice their account is gone (Terminated) without consent by me.

WHMCS says the account is active, Though it's not.

I re-created the account and again today the cancellation request come back from the 28/12/2009 - Requesting immediate cancellation.

What can I do, This request keeps coming back and if I do not cancel it is will terminate the account.

Sean

That's a new one!

If you recreated the account with the same ID number in tblcancelrequests, I could see this happening. The script does not marked the cancelation request completed in tblcancelrequests.

Go to Clients -> Manage Cancellation Requests

Delete the request.

That will stop it from reoccuring.
