webresellers Posted February 20, 2007 Share Posted February 20, 2007 If you are a Vonage customer, you can download their CLICK2CALL, highlight the customers phone # from their profile in WHMCS and hit your F6 key and your Vonage phone will ring, and the customer will be instantly connected on the other end of the line. You don't need to dial any numbers since the click2call connects you and your customer instantly; all you need to do is pick up your phone, and the customer will be on the line. It would be nice to get this feature incorporated into WHMCS with the PHP scripts I have to do this same action without the download from above. The PHP code will post the customer phone# to a vonage url and pass your vonage username/password and works exactly the same.
