SwiftModders
One of my clients is using our regular Paypal gateway and would like to switch to Paypal subscriptions, how would we set this up? Is there anything in WHMCS that we should run to send them a link to a subscription button? Thanks in advanced!
WHMCS CEO Matt Posted February 19, 2007 WHMCS CEO Share Posted February 19, 2007 You set them to PayPal Subscriptions for the products they want to pay in this way, then ask them to login to the client area, go to My Hosting Accounts > View Details and then they'll see a Recreate Subscription button there. The system will automatically calculate how many days there are until their next due date and then take the user to create a subscription - free for x days and then $x.xx every month/year/etc... PPH
We have a customer that had set up a subscription early somehow by paying the invoice early. How can we get him to generate a new subscription?
webresellers
Cancel the existing subscription via paypal, and re-create it from what Matt said above.
PPH
canceling via PayPal won't give the customer a recreate subscription option though. Trying to see how we can get this option given to the customer for him to recreate a subscription. Should we change them to another processor and then back to subscriptions again?

PPH
And I have went to their customer area as said and that option is not there. Trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. I went back and found: OK there is no recreate subscription button, but the pay now button will do the trick!
