megatr0n
Whenever a new hosting account is created for a client upon order completion, and the client tries to login to cPanel, a dialogue box pops up requesting user name and password. When the client tries to use the email address, used at registration, as the username and the password used also at the time of registration, I get a failed login attempt every time. I am sure an account has been created for the client so I don't understand why I can't log into cpanel with the client's credentials. I can only log into the client area where you can see my services, my details etc. but not cpanel. Also it would be good if the cpanel username and password is mentioned in the welcome email that is generated.
Phile
The Cpanel login details would be in the hosting account welcome email a client gets after the hosting account has been created. Make sure you have it set to send the right email in: Admin>Configuration>Products/Services>Details There is a drop down where you choose Hosting Account Welcome Email
megatr0n
I do have it setup to send out the email upon order completion. I checked the email sent and it only provided the detail for the client to login to the client area, I don't see the username nor passord for cpanel. I tried using the client email address as the username but it didn't work.
Phile
Log in to your admin area and go to the client that made the order. Then click the Emails tab at the top. You should see the "welcome email" this is the client area welcome with login info for the client are. You should also see a "Hosting Account Welcome Email"(the subject will be "New Account Information") Are you seeing this?

sparky
In the product module settings you have four options Automatically setup the product as soon as an order is placed Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order Do not automatically setup this product If you have the third option selected the you will have to accept the order for the email to be sent out.
megatr0n
In the product module settings you have four options If you have the third option selected the you will have to accept the order for the email to be sent out. I just can't believe I missed that. The problem was caused by me not realizing that I had the second option you quoted above selected(Automatically setup product on first payment). I believe I need to take a break from this thing. And by the way, on scale of 0 to 10, how would you rate my website: http://www.netrillion.com ?
