Traditionally backs only provide acquring services for payment processors. Banks role should be to facilitate payment processors from processing credit cards using its acquiring rights. The IBM deal is way far. I think we need a payment processor in kenaya who will asist the bank develop automation system. I have been accepting Visa CC and debit card payments for hosting services using I&M for a few months now. I like it.
