For the past few days anyone who places a new order does not get an invoice and when I look at the orders it says: "No Invoice Due".
Looking at the outgoing email log they appear to be receiving the welcome email and the order confirmation email but no invoice is being generated by WHMCS or being sent.
I use the PayPal gateway and I'm currently running WHCMS Version: 5.3.14. Nothing has changed on my end and I'm really confused about why this has cropped up.
Has anyone else experienced this? If there are any other details I need to provide please let me know.
(I tried opening a support ticket with WHCMS and haven't received a reply in over 24 hours, not impressed by the option to pay $30 to gt a quicker reply.)
