Hi all, I figured out that the hookpoint InvoiceCreationPreEmail has stopped working in v5.3.7 http://docs.whmcs.com/Hooks:Invoicing#InvoiceCreationPreEmail WHMCS has finally today opened a case #4580. As per the statement from a WHMCS Technical Analyst, this is not considered critical and a hotfix is unlikely. In first instance, we completely disappoint with this statement and consider the hookpoint as extremely critical since it is used for the billing system which allows us to modify invoices (special taxes, amount, total calcs, etc.). Now we have to modify manually each issued invoice to spanish users and make refunds and / or additional charges. This is not only annoying but simply not a feasible task Are there third party developers or WHMCS users who use this hookpoint? How would you rate this issue? Critical or simply not important for a Billing System? Thanks in advance to all for a feedback. Hopefully WHMCS will consider to release as soon as possible a hotfix. Regards, Marco
