Hi, I'm using Incapsula as security CDN for our website. In new orders we are getting one of Incapsula Ip address instead of user Ip. I have an script that get the real user ip instead of Incapsula ip but I'm not sure where should I put the ip value when creating the order. I tried sending a hidden input with id="ipaddress" in checkout form but doesn't works. Thanks in advance, Carlos -
On the Checkout Page, it will not allow me to enter a 4 Digit CCV2 Code from American Express... It restricts the field to a 3 digit value. For saved cards, it does ask you to validate the Security Code from the card which is 4 digits and you can not put more than 3 in the form. I do apologize, it would not let me edit the post title to [unconfirmed].

Hello!! I am using WHMCS , all things working perfect. But when customer type in all information on order form and press COMPLETE ORDER button . It process and then nothing comes on . When page is refreshed it says email address is already in use. What to do / Please help as there should be acknowledgement to the customer.
