I had the same problem creating the directory fixed the problem

I have two servers - whmcs installs fine on one but on the other I get the following error site error: the file /home/mysite/public_html/whmcs/install/install.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator. my host showed me that the ioncube loaders were installed via phpinfo and we confirmed I was using the latest version I also ran the ioncube loaders wizard and got the following Please note that the following problem currently exists with the ionCube Loader installation: * The necessary zend_extension line could not be found in the configuration. so then I hit my host back up about that and he showed me the output of a script to test if ioncube is working and it was ionCube Loader Status: Installed: version 3.3.20 Instructions: No additional configuration required. Server Software Status: Apache/2.2.9 (Debian) PHP/5.2.6-1+lenny8 with Suhosin-Patch so the end result is I am really stumped lol any input would be appreciated thanks jim
