Whenever a client signs up for a shared hosting account with me they go through the billing process and before the account is created I have to manually go to paypal and accept my payments. How can I fix this I had a client that had to wait almost 4 hours while I was sleeping.

You'd be better off starting your own thread. This one has been dead for a while now.
