  1. I have the dates on the renewal set a couple of months before the expiration date. We do this in case the credit card is not valid for whatever reason as well as if the check is lost or the invoice over looked. However, we are getting this error now that we have upgraded to WHMCS 5.2. Error: This is an active domain, hence no need to renew it. So we took the money from the customer but we are not adding a year to the domain. I have searched google and bing and the WHMCS forum but have not found a solution. Any ideas? Chris
  2. Glad to gear they basically had to fix something and then upload the files. Would be better if they just has either a release that fixed it or documentation for do it yourself. Hopefully they will resolve our issue officially. We had 3 add-ons that were not working. Chat, Project Management and Mobile. We started working on it without documentation to help since we had not been resolved by WHMCS after X number of days. We ended up semi downgrading by stealing files from previous versions and ended up getting Chat and Project Management to work. We still are not able to use Mobile.
  3. We also have ethis error after upgrading to the latest version. We can access our admin and most features work but non of the addons work. The ticketing system says it is importing in emails but we have yet to show a ticket in the queue. We contacted WHMCS and they said that it was due to an IONCube misconfiguration. So we called IONCube and they were kind enough to check out our configuration. They verified it was stable, the latest version and we also are running the latest version of PHP. We contacted WHMCS about this and they asked for access to the server but have not had a response since then. We have been looking across the internet for a resolutions, most of which we see are things we cannot fix ourselves since the website is encoded. Let me know if you have had any luck in resolving the issue.
  4. We are having the same issue. Did you find a resolution? We have spoken to IONCube and they checkout out our IONCube configuration and verified all is good. We are running the latest version of PHP and IONCube. We have reported the issue to WHMCS and gave access to our server but have had not a lot of response.
  5. We have Hosting Controller as a Control Panel. We added WHMCS but are having a hard time figuring out how to add customers to the reseller account we created for ourselves. Any How to Support on how this works would be greatly appreciated. Chris
