  1. For the PDF part: only possible when you have access to the FTP account. The path to the image file is hard-coded in your invoicepdf.tpl file, and there isn't a file manager in WHMCS which allows you to upload another image Can you just edit the invoice.tpl file and change the root to the public?
  2. John sorry it took so long to get back in here, you were right. I had an old cron with the pipe.php and removed it and that solved the problem... Thanks.
  3. When I unchecked the SEF in general settings it worked fine so I guess I will leave it.
  4. mod_rewrite is installed Would there be a conflict with https: as opposed to http:? In general settings my site is set to http:domain.name and the secure is set to https:domain.name
  5. I had the same problem but the SEF urls are set ok and htaccess is ok but what is mod_rewrite? How can I be sure it is installed.
  6. I just checked again and in the "from"column it has «» Any ideas?
  7. All has been working great for me in whmcs but today I noticed that about every 20 mins my support ticket email log is showing a blocked email possible email loop. I have double checked all the email addys and the forwarders, ran an email test on all dept. and it creates tickets and works fine. Any ideas what is being blocked or where I could find out where it is coming from? Thanks George
  8. ok they match and then I get this Fatal error: The file /home/magic79/public_html/clients/index.php was encoded with the PHP 5 ionCube Encoder, and requires PHP 5 to be installed. in Unknown on line 0
  9. I do have the messages display turned on...
  10. John, there is no error message number just a red banner that says down for maintenance http://worldsmosttrustedhosting.com/clients/admin/ this would normally bring up my log in page but cannot log in
  11. I just did a data base backup and it says it was successful but my site now has a maintenance page up and I cannot log in...will this go away on it's own?
  12. I set up email piping and get this strange cron message, and no tickets are opened. Any ideas?
