This was on 3.5.0 so I am not sure if this is still an issue (haven't had the desire to test it out again on my live install....) A customer that pays on the 1st of every month upgraded their account during the first month they had signed up (prorate billing), when they ordered the upgrade through the client center it charged them $15 (even though the monthly price difference was $10), and reset their monthly payment date to the 9th. I had to manually fix this in the billing system.

Does WHMCS support the use of PHP 5.2.x, and if so, has anyone here used it successfully? On my new server I can select PHP 4.x or PHP 5.x per site and am just wondering if I need to use PHP 4.x for the billing section.

It looks like they were charged once on Thursday (when they signed up) and again on Friday (when I activated the account)..... The gateway just linked them into one batch.

I am running an older version of WHMCS (3.2.3) and am wondering if there have been any bugfixes that would stop a credit card customer (new signup, manual account activation) from being put in a batch payment twice. The gateway log in WHMCS only has one entry (the second batch entry) but I the gateway (QuantumGateway) shows two charges.

Can WHMCS be integrated into an affiliate system like iDevAffiliate?

Can WHMCS handle manual account creation/suspension/termination/etc. but still having it where WHMCS can be used to store the customer data? Wondering because I am nearly to the point of coding my own billing system if I can't find one that either handles Plesk accounts properly (all domains under one client) or at least handles manual creation well.

so does WHMCS even realize that the subscription is deleted? WHMCS provides the IPN url when people click the pay button as long as IPN is enabled on Paypal?

Also, what happens if someone deletes the paypal subscription on paypal's site?

Do you have to set up paypal IPN on their website to use WHMCS, or does WHMCS set something automatically where it isn't necessary?

First off, sorry for all the different topics... Is there a way to print either all invoices from a certain day/days (either in HTML or PDF format), and also possibly limit it to a certain product/addon (say an option for customers to get a paper copy of their invoices mailed to them)

No, what I mean is plesk has customer accounts and domain accounts. It appears that WHMCS creates both the customer account and a domain account under it. I was wanting to know if whmcs would create one plesk customer account for all of a customer's domains combined, or one per domain account. I am not talking about the customer account on WHMCS

How does WHMCS handle account creation on plesk? Is a separate customer account created for every single account a person has, or just a new domain account?
