Looking forward to this very much - just want to make sure I haven't missed it!

We'd like to have clients just bypass the page where they would choose the department, as they tended often enough to choose the wrong department and that would slow down our response times to them. We thought of putting in redirect code in the file submitticket.php file, but we're concerned on how it may impact tickets and/or upgrades in the future. Any one used a workaround for this type of situation?

Is there a way to see a list of the tickets that are flagged to another administrator? I haven't been able to find anything like this and it would be pretty handy for us, as we are trying to manage numerous adminstrators and a fairly large number of tickets. I suppose I could login as another administrator and click on the link for My Flagged Tickets, but that would be rather cumbersome, and if they are already logged in, I'd have to kick them off.
