  1. Just to make this a bit easier, if a Master account already exists for a business, a new staff member starts and registers through our WHMCS part of our website, how do I make them a contact of the master account rather than a stand alone client. I can see how to add a New Contact but not how to make an existing client a contact of a master account. Some sites have multiple people registering support tickets so need to ensure all of these stay under the one Master account for viewing and also so that all billing goes to the one billing contact for that company
  2. Hi, this is probably a really silly question but I can't find the answer so would appreciate some help If I have a client whose company name is Joe Bloggs Pty Ltd and there are 20 users there that log in to WHMCS, I would make the main site contact the Master Account holder. Is there any way when the remaining 19 staff register themselves, that they are automatically made a contact or sub of the same Master account? e.g. John Smith is the master account holder, Jane Jones self registers, she has the same domain name in her email address as John Smith, can she be an automatic sub contact or do I need to edit everyone or set them up manually first so that they all appear under the one company I hope this makes sense! Kathy
  3. Hi, we installed WHMCS on the week-end and whilst piping is working for anyone emailing in from a different domain to the one its installed with, sending emails from the same one is not working as the emails do not come through. e.g. our domain that whmcs was installed with is acceler8.net.au - if I email from my acceler8.net.au address to another acceler8.net.au address that is set up in whmcs it does not arrive. Is there another setting I need to make to be able to receive 'internal' emails? Thanks for any help!
