Hello again thanks for keeping thread up and post your problems dear WHMCS stuff's current Email or even automation log is not good at all it lake of important functions that old system have and that is the report of what happened in cases like which user get reminder for what invoice ? which service suspension failed and need manual suspensions ? in my case we have products that they dont have any module and we just add them manually to keep accounting and invoicing for users when the due date arrive we have to manually suspend these service ! today i find a server that must be suspended days ago and we don't even get notified that this service must be suspended and there is not log of why there are 17 pending and failed suspensions and we have only 5 service in automation queue that they a re fro SolusVM WHMCS module that stopped working after upgrade to v 7 ! where is the Other 12 Failed actions and what are they ?! this need to be addressed very super fast as this could cause hundred of installed system admins lost their track of what happened with their services thanks

Hello in new WHMCS cron system email report are fantastic and show a good dashboard like view of status but there is a major problem for peoples like me that some of products need manual cancellation or suspensions and that is it dose not give compete report of which product need manual suspentions and why its failed for example right now i have Cancellation Requests 0Processed 6 Failed Overdue Suspensions 0Suspended 52 Failed but when i clink on number of failed suspention and cancelation i get module qeue view that only for records and they are cancelations that failed for any reason not suspentions and the is there any way that we tel crom system to sned detailed report of what happend and sent them in email report ? this is a major problem for us ! as some customers have dedicated servers that must be cancelaed at datacenter if they did not pay for it ! and now its days that we dont know which servers should be canceld in datacenter and may be some extra invoices generated for us on that datacenter for not ceneling service on due dates

Hello Module Order link is dead is there any option to set and module calculate prices based on currency then update other prices ? for example IRR rate changes during month but our services prices are fixed based on USD so we need to IRR prices for current products and ordered products updated wen this module works

Hello as you may know WHMCS data feed is very useful to have information from whmcs on other pages like pricing tables but when you have huge number of single products and prices it could take time to load data from whmcs feed here is a sample page that load more than 30 record from FEED /http://www.rasanegar.com/services/datacenter/dedicated-server/germany-hetzner i have two questions : 1 - is there any way that we cache these data that returned from WHMCS to reduce database and PHP load ? 2- dose WHMCS support Memcache/Memcached ? if yes how we could enable this ? if not is there any way to have this method of caching to reduce DB load ?
