Problem regarding testing the order process

Thanks. So how can I test the order process (for hosting)? -
I have installed WHMCS at http://www.web-development-1.com/hosting . I have checked TestMode under SETUP > DOMAIN REGISTRARS and run test order. But the page does not redirecting to PayPal sandbox. (PayPal is my only payment method.) It is redirecting to PayPal's LIVE website. So how can I test the order process? Thanks, Anindya
