  1. For the past few days anyone who places a new order does not get an invoice and when I look at the orders it says: "No Invoice Due". Looking at the outgoing email log they appear to be receiving the welcome email and the order confirmation email but no invoice is being generated by WHMCS or being sent. I use the PayPal gateway and I'm currently running WHCMS Version: 5.3.14. Nothing has changed on my end and I'm really confused about why this has cropped up. Has anyone else experienced this? If there are any other details I need to provide please let me know. (I tried opening a support ticket with WHCMS and haven't received a reply in over 24 hours, not impressed by the option to pay $30 to gt a quicker reply.)
  2. Just wondering if it is possible to get any answers or direction on this?
  3. Is there another section on the forums where this should be posted? Or is there another site or forum where I would get an answer to this?
  4. I would like to add a custom field on my order form for a subdomain. I can easily add the field under "Custom Fields" for the product. However is there a way I can make it so if someone has already chosen the name it will inform them the name has already been chosen? I'm going to manually register the subdomain myself and I would just need the field to check and see if anyone else currently has that name in WHMCS. I have already tried the "Subdomain Options" here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Products_and_Services#Other and this does not do what I am looking for.
  5. Hello, when I send a customer an invoice for a product upgrade, the Paypal "Pay Now" button does not show up on the invoice so the client has to pay manually through their account. I've searched around and looked at various options and can't find a solution. Could someone please help me out? Thanks.
  6. That did it, thank you! I guess every time I get some new gibberish I'll just add it
  7. When a client replies to a support ticket from an email client, for example Thunderbird I get the bare css showing up in my tickets in the admin are, IE: Test Guy Client 08/04/2010 17:10 test Technical Support wrote: body,td { font-family: verdana; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal; } a { color: #0000ff; } test Best Regards, Is there anyway to avoid this, it looks pretty ugly. 8. Okay, thanks, guess I'll buy it from here.
  9. If I was to purchase a WHMCS Owned No-Branding License from a reseller, would I still have all the benefits as if I purchased it here? IE: The free enom membership? Thanks!
  10. Thank you for the reply. I'll see what I can cook up.
  11. Hello, I've always allowed customers to send payment by mail. My problem is with WHMCS they can select monthly payments and choose mail order. I don't want clients to have the monthly option when they choose mail order, I only want cheques to be used for annual payments. I can't find where to adjust this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
  12. Solved my own issue. I was running php 5.3. Downgraded to 5.2 and everything appears to be fine.
  13. Hi there, I just installed the trial version of WHCMS, I'm looking forward to trying it but I'm stumped. I'm running Apache/CentOS with WHM/Cpanel. I passed all the tests during the install and everything seemed to go smoothly during the install. However when I go to my admin area I just get a page that says: License Server Connection Test Result: Success Data: (Just has all the html in a box) That's it... I've checked my error logs and can't find anything, I'm stumped. (If I go to the main index file it's just a blank page.) Any help would be great, looking forward to trying this software out. Thanks.
