Hi everyone I have tried sorting the order of my products by assigning numbers from 0-5 to my products. However, the order page still displays my products alphabetically Any ideas?

We have just started using whmcs we register our domains with enom and have setup the registrar together with a cron to update the expiry dates. Surprisingly the cron updated one domains dates while another domain remains on an expiry of 1999! This second domain is under a client who has two domains. any idea why this is happening and how to deal with it?

Yes We went to the clients invoices tab and applied the payment. The invoice showed 'paid' however the expiry date did not change! On a side note, is it advisable to have a different due date from the expiry date? Like a few days early?

Hello A client paid by mailing in a cheque. We added the payment in the invoices tab manually. However, this did not result in the due date updating itself as per the set annual cycle. Any idea why? We have entered manual payments before and it has worked by updating the due date.

Hi everyone We are new to WHMCS so bear with us if this a repeat. (although a quick search did not find anything) On import from WHM, the script does not seem to import the Setup Date from WHM to the Signup Date in WHMCS Is this possible? All our imports have sign up dates of 00/00/00
