Hi, I am having this problem where WHMCS is generating new invoices, some of which have already been assigned to other clients, after the payments have been made. eg, invoice 22984 was paid 2/10/13 with the due date being 1/10/13. The client was then invoice today (15/10/13) an overdue notice for 22942 which belongs to another client and was overdue. What in fact happened was the later invoice number 22942 was used to replicate the original invoiced items but could not be paid from the original client as it belonged to another client who has not paid. His invoiced items where different but for the same dollar amount. How do I fix this as many clients got overdue invoices for payments they have already made and those invoices are attached to other clients. Glenn
  3. hi all, I am getting some strange things happening with WHMCS. Firstly, I swapped servers and after a week or so everything seemed to settle down and worked fine. But now I am getting more than 1 problem. 1. Duplicate invoices are being sent with same invoice number. 2. Overdue invoices are being sent with $0 amount after the client has already paid. 3. Overdue invoices are being sent after client has paid and showing original amount as unpaid on the invoice but not in the admin section. Anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this as its getting very frustrating not only for me, but for my clients. Thanks in advance Glenn
  4. I have the same problem. Several clients have more than one company but use the same email address for their accounts but WHMCS doesnt allow duplicate email addresses/ postal addresses. Glenn

  6. hi all, When I in the WHMCS backend and I try to use the drop down menu to and add my registrar (Netregistry) to a domain, I then lose all styling and unable to make any changes, i.e cannot see the submit or save buttons. When in the Setup/Domain Registrars screen the same thing happens when I click the GO button to edit my registrar settings. Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this as it only happens on Netregistry Thanks Glenn

  8. Put it this way, I prefer the footer as that way at least your clients will know you are using a professional product and not some hack billing system that might fail at anytime losing the invoicing data they and you may find valuable.
  9. Netregistry I have noticed that it only happens on Netregistry and no the registrar, so I have had to turn all to None for the time being but this isnt great as I cannot get clients to renew their domains or purchase by themselves. Thanks in advance

  12. hi all, For some strange reason only on the Domains link in the backend there is no style sheet working which makes life difficult especially when you want to change anything. There is no save button either which makes it even more difficult to work with. I can access the page using the domain/admin/clientsdomains.php link but soon as it has the client ID attached it doesnt work, eg domain/admin/clientsdomains.php?userid=74 I havent touched the admin section at all so not sure why this has happened. Any ideas would be gratefully appreciated.
  13. Have exactly the same issue and wondered how to go about it also. I would have though it will be easier to do than this, but appears not. The issue now is I cant add domain information so no reminder will be sent out to the client. Thanks for your explanation too as I have been searching the forums for some time.
  14. hi, I use Netregistry as my registrar in Australia and noticed you dont have that listed in your registrars. Can this be added manually so that customers can purchase domains or what is the alternative. Glenn
