  1. Is there a way to send one message to all clients at once without having to send them manually? If so how do I do this? Thanks in advance.
  2. I have just been editing my email messages and now for some reason, when I reply to the support messgae it has a  tagged on to the last word. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this please. Thanks.
  3. I seem to be having a problem with people paying in different currencies, when they get to the checkout process it is getting them to pay $19.99 (USD) instead of £19.99 (GBP) is this a problem with my WHMCS settings or my Paypal settings? Please let me know what I can do to stop this as I hate having to refuse payments. Thanks in advance,
  4. On the checkout page where you have to enter "your details" the boxes are in two colums which is too wide for my customised template and I only just noticed. Is there an easy way tp have it so the text areas are just one after the ither and not two accross as they are now. and make sure that the "Notes/Addition Information" is not as wide also. Plus while I am here, how do I make it so that when a client logs in to the client area, and opens clicks on "open support ticket" how do I make it so that they are directed straight to the form and not a link that says "customer service" (if that makes sense). Thanks in advance.
  5. Thanks for that, I searched all over for it yesterday with no luck what so ever, anyway just had another look and found the link; but what a silly place to have it, I had to click on my WHMCS Licence and then past all my URL details there were a few different download links including the one for the chat. Thanks again, Shane
  6. Does anyone know of a working link for the WHMCS Live chat, I purchased it today and was given a link to http://www.whmcs.com/members/dl.php?type=d&id=53 however all the link does is go to a page that says... "Invalid Link Followed. Please Contact Support". So while I am waiting for support to respond to me again, (it's been a few hours) I thought I would ask on this forum, it's the file I need to upload that Thanks, Shane
  7. Someone said that to me yesterday but didn't understand what they meant untill you just replied with the same answer. Anyway I just checked and that was the problem, both were set at support@ so changed the administrators emails and all working fine now. Thanks for your help, Shane
  8. Yes I think so, the system is adding my notification to the clients message automatically. So the message reads... ______________________________________________ A new support ticket has been opened. Client: Shane #2 Department: Client Support Subject: Tuesday Test Priority: Medium --- Tuesday Test --- You can respond to this ticket by simply replying to this email or through the admin area at the url below. http://evocart.co.uk / clients / admin /supporttickets.php?action= viewticket&id
  9. I have just set up email piping and everything seems to be working fine except for one thing, when a ticket is submited it is showing up in admin as "answered" and althogh I am not 100% why but it seems to be replying with my message saying go to the admin area to view ticket. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks, Shane
  10. It's always the simplist thing It was an email address that I hadn't set up. so now customers can reply... However now I have another problem, when a customer replies via thier members area, I get the reply in WHMCS, howver if they just reply to the email then It doesn't show up in whmcs, any Ideas on how can I solve this?
  11. I got my first hosting client today and I needed to send them a message, so I did it via a support ticket. They said they recieved it but when they replied the email bounced, any Ideas why this happened and how I can resolve this problem? Thanks.
