I have a problem with the filter tickets, when i enter to the support tickets menu, in the left side where the filter tickets is, the list don't show me how many tickets are in each one, it just shows a () symbol. Do you have any clue? I attached an image of my problem. Thanks in advance.

I installed the package but i only see the menu's list in spanish, the buttons and information on all pages is still in english, what may be the problem? thanks in advance for your response
