I submitted support ticket to WHMCS MarketConnect 2 days ago but I have not received a response yet. Trying my luck that perhaps someone from the community can help. I am experiencing issue provisioning a RapidSSL certificate bought from MarketConnect. When trying to provision it by Automatic configuration, it results to: Missing or Invalid Field: WebServerType However, doing manual configuration also results to the same. I have tried different Web Server Type such as cPanel, Other, etc but the error shows. The control panel that we use is DirectAdmin.

Since the upgrade to v7.6.0-release.1, 2CheckOut notifications have been failing. After checking the Gateway Logs, the results show error MD5 Hash Failure. I 101% checked there were no invisible whitspaces and even tried to reset the secret word but still not working. Anybody else having the same problem?

I have read a forum post here which seems to be very similar to my problem right now. I chose not to reply to the said thread because it's too old (2007). This is my problem: 1. I open two browser tabs in Chrome 2. First tab - I am sending mass email to 312 accounts which are divided to 13 steps 3. Step 1 is loading.... 4. I continued working on Second tab - replying to a ticket. 5. On this second tab, I noticed it's only loading... like the first tab. 6. Tab 1 stopped loading. Step 1 of 13 is finished. Please wait... 7. Tab 2 loaded. My ticket reply was added. 8. Tab 1 is loading again, process Step 2 of 13. Please wait... 9. I clicked a link on Tab 2 and it is loading too. Seems like waiting for Tab 1 to finish. 10. And the same goes on.... My WHMCS v7.0 is installed on a Vultr box Ubuntu 14, PHP 5.6 and using Serverpilot. What should I do? I want WHMCS to do things simultaneously and "not wait" for the other process to finish before continuing. Please help. Thank you!

Hello guys, I am using the module "cPanel" to automated creation of my Reseller accounts at WHM. Though I am having problems. I tried to create a demo account to test if the module really works. But after trying, it seems that the definition I set-upped such as "Limit Reseller by Number", "Reseller ACL List" and other related settings that is for-reseller-only-account, was not read and set-upped correctly, but set-upped as a cPanel account only.. So I have to STILL login to my WHM and add a Reseller privilege to the account created. Please help me guys. Thank you!

Hello, I would like to ask some help regarding my problem when creating accounts using WHMCS to my server's WHM via remote setup key. Everytime I click a button to activate a package, WHMCS loads as if it never stops.. and when it stopped, it returns the error: "(Curl Error) couldn't connect to host - code: 7". I checked the documentation and found out Though, I am not sure if I am blocking the 2086/2087 ports, I don't have idea where to unblock it. I checked my WHM (with root user), I have no firewall options there, I even un-installed my CSF weeks ago already. By the way, my WHMCS is installed on my Server 1, and I am trying to create a cPanel account on Server 2 via remote access key. When I try to create an account on Server 1, it is successful, while in Server 2, it returns the code 7 error. I am using ClienExec too. and when I try to do this via CE, there's no problem occur, and accounts are set-upped as it is. I am very new with WHMCS, so please help me and point me my errors.
