please explain in detail

I want to add some new ticket status such as followup ,deal closed etc.

1. I want to give an option for domain privacy for .com,.info and .org domain. 2. i want to give an option to my client to add fund in his account without buying anything so that in future he/she can use their fund for future transaction.

In Transfer domain i need two options a) Domain from Public Domain Registry b) Domain from other Registry for public domain Registry we not require any epp code whereas in domain from other registry option we require EPP Code.
