Hi Guys, This looks like a great mod. I just wanted to check something about installation. I keep seeing people mentioning a cron job does this mod require that i setup a specific cron job? From what I can tell I just edit the file as I want and upload it but just wanted to be sure. Any help will be much appreciated. Best regards, Vasilis

Hi guys, I have set up my WHMCS to offer a free 30 trial (I am using one of the free addons in the client area) to new customers. I want to offer them a free .tk domain name which is now available in the new version, then when the 30 day trial is over i want the client to be able to upgrade their account and also register a paid domain name like .com. My trial product automatically sets up the hosting account in cpanel with the .tk domain name. If the client then upgrades and buys a .com will WHMCS automatically update their cpanel account or will i have to change the domain manually? Also my current 30 free trial addon which i downloaded from the WHMCS module tries to terminate the account after the trial period is there a trial mod which suspends the accounts instead of terminating them? thanks, Mike

Hi guys, I want to use the Official Free Trials mod but instead of terminating the trial account after it expires i would like to suspend the account. Then if the customer just forgets to upgrade i still have their account on the server if they come bak so i can just unsuspend them and save time. I think it should be fairly simple to change the command from terminate to suspend in the action hooks code but im not a coder and dont really have the first idea where to look to do this. Could someone please tell me how to do this. Thanks in advance

Hi guys, Im a newb at whmcs. I am trying to install the Free Trial Addon which i got in the client area downloads. I followed the instructions and uploaded the files and i installed the addon in my whmcs admin area so i think that is working. But in the installation instructions it says i have to set up 2 cron jobs and i HAVE NO IDEA how to do this. PLEASE HELP. thanks, Vasilis

Hi guys, I want to offer 30 day free trials on my products. I have found that there are two addons in the client area which do this. Official Free Trials Mod ( action hook) and Free Trial addon I would like to know which one is the best. Basically i want to offer a 30 day free trial after which time an email is sent to the client with a link to pay to continue using the product. Thanks.
