Hello, info: with WHM I mean the Administrator's admin menu form cpanel) when I create a product package in WHMCS, should this product be created in WHM also? My Steps were: 1. - create product in WHMCS - A test-customers ordered this product - He payd the invoice 2. - A user was created in WHM for the customer - The user's information in (WHM/List Accounts) shows, that he uses the package that i set in WHMCS. BUT: In WHM: When I click "edit packages" for example, this package isn't there.. So the Package that I set in WHMCS didn't appear in WHM. It isn't created automatically. Should I create a Package in WHM, before I create one in WHMCS or should it be created automatically? Thank you for your answer.
