  1. I just did the update to v5.3.7 yesterday, and now Invoice Payment Confirmation emails are received empty. Looking at the message source shows nothing but headers. Any ideas?
  2. I am getting an 403 access denied error when clicking on the reports tab. Any idea's? The following is in the error log:
  3. I had an issue at the end of January where, although database was fine, there were admin and frontend issues. At an rate, during this time a couple of customers received and some how paid invoices. The database shows the invoices were paid, but overdue invoices are being sent.
  4. No one has any idea what may be causing this?
  5. I recently migrated my site to a new server and now get the following error: Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/user/public_html/domain.com/billing/configuration.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/supremec/public_html/domain.com/billing/dbconnect.php on line 0 Any idea?
  6. Don't know why this started happening. When I create a quote lately and save it, it is saved with a quote ID like 2147483647 although the last quote ID was say 120. In order to save the new quote, I have to change the quote ID via the database to 121, then can save and email the quote. Any idea's??
  7. I had upgraded to 4.4.1, and that did nothing for the issue. Apparently, 4.4.2 was necessary.
  8. I followed the instructions found in the thread below - did no good; http://forum.whmcs.com/showthread.php?t=36498
  9. A few days ago, the Netearthone module started going haywire. When clicking on the Domains tab for a customer, it shows "Registrar Error An unknown fault occured - please contact support" Any idea's? My current WHMCS version is v4.3.1, if that helps.
