Hello all, I'm hoping someone can suggest an idea or two to help me troubleshoot this one. I'm really at a loss. We have been setup for about a month with everything working in that new customers can purchase a hosting package for a monthly subscription through PayPal and a small setup fee. Everything was working great the first couple weeks, then we realized a few days ago PayPal has stopped creating subscriptions. It is just processing the one transaction for the setup fee. We can't figure out what we might have done to cause this, although we did make some changes to the invoice emails. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Steve

Can anyone tell me if this ongoing IPN issue could be causing PayPal to fail to create subcriptions on new orders? For the last few days all the transactions we send through PayPal collect a one-time setup fee but no subscriptions are created!
