Hi I have been trying to nut out a solution with email auto responders being sent to tickets from our companies email addresses.
So the problem is someone send a support email, our staff is notified and if auto responder is set up on their individual email such as out of office, it is sent to the ticket.
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I just upgraded centos 6.7 to use php 5.5.1.1, reinstalled ioncube and now my crons are not working correctly. There are no errors in the cron log and the pop.php is removing the mail from the mail accounts on another server, but they are not being listed in the tickets anymore. Everything was working, nothing in the live site has changed.
