I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I am wondering if anyone knows how to change WHMCS settings to create usernames for the client area that are the same as the cpanel username? My clients seem to get easily confused with this. Thanks!

Oops! My bad. Marcalle, thanks for the tip - but I need a pro who can do the graphics work too. I've found two reputable looking folks, one had horrid customer service and the other I'm waiting to hear back from. I'm surprised there isn't a bigger market of commercial templates... Still loving WHMCS though!

I had the same problem. Go to "Setup > Administrators" and select your account. Tick the boxes for each support department you want control over.
