  1. No matter what i do the error still shows up. BTW the error is "Invalid TLD/Registration Period Supplied for Domain Registration" I cant proceed to checkout. Any here got any ideas? Appreciate your help.
  2. Im using ver 4.02 and also encountered the same problem. When i enabled the SSL site on the general settings, most of the images on my client portal cannot be displayed. When using firefox the nav links doubled (IE and Chrome no problem ). I already checked the links on the template and im sure theyre all root relative links. I host images at the same folder (default) view site https://www.nsmonster.com/clientportal/whmcs/clientarea.php Any suggestion? Ive also tried altering .htaccess file but it didnt work.
  3. Im using Cpanel's upload feature. Tried setting permissions to 0000 then back to 644 and 755. didnt work. Tried uploading a fresh copy, didnt work either. Anymore suggestions?
  4. I tried doing 0000, then back to 644 and also 755. still not working. Im using the fileupload of cpanel. Tried uploading a fresh copy, but still doesnt work. Is there any more suggestions? im really out of options
  5. I apologize for the noob question but no matter what i do, domainchecker.php is not working. No status after i click the lookup button. It just brings me to the same page. I saw a similar post in the forum saying that the solution is not to use caps when trying to lookup domains. Tried it but still the same problem. Ive also changed the file permission to 755 hoping that it'll work. But it didnt. All WHMCS components are working perfectly fine though. Can someone help me here? tried searching, but couldnt find the solution. Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks.
