We have a ticket that was opened on 20/01/2011 and we have been waiting for custom development that we have PAID FOR for this long. We cannot get replies to any of our tickets and have resorted to legal action as we are out of options. It's a real shame that the base product is good but the people behind the company are just terrible to deal with. Greg

There is a Link in the OpenSRS console "Add Nameserver to All Foreign Registries" Click this and follow the bouncing ball. Make sure your Glue Records are correct and Nameservers are functioning properly too. Cheers, Greg

Hi Jozeph, I'm trying to work out how to get the multi-year certificates working. In your module you can set the maximum number of years but I cannot see anywhere as to how the end user selects whether it is one, two, three years etc. I would expect this is done as a Configurable Option called Years and then you set the pricing against this? Can you please clarify how exactly to do this. Many thanks. Greg
