  1. So changing the SQL to this: $stmt = $pdo->prepare("SELECT id, firstname, lastname, companyname, email, address1, address2, city, state, postcode, phonenumber, cardtype, AES_DECRYPT(cardnum,'your hash') as cardnum, cardlastfour, AES_DECRYPT(expdate,'your hash' ) as expdate, AES_DECRYPT(issuenumber,'your hash' ) as issuenumber , AES_DECRYPT(startdate,'your hash') as startdate FROM tblclients "); $stmt->execute(); Results in things being decrypted, however "your hash" (32 Bytes) as supplied by WHMCS to the mysql backend is not the same as $cc_encryption_hash (64 bytes). Can anyone clue me in on what is being done to it? Like its a double-hash, or something else, but it would be handy if someone, even by PM could let me know what as that will save me a crap load of time. Cheers.
  2. Hi - I've edited this post to reflect a solution. A little help from WHMCS support. This will create the database has, and decode the fields. I'm using this as an export prior to a change of payment gateways. This could also be the basis for an export of customers prior to changing the cc_encryption_hash (but dont forget service passwords too using the WHMCS decrypt() function)... $stmt = $pdo->prepare("SELECT id, firstname, lastname, companyname, email, address1, address2, city, state, postcode, phonenumber, cardtype, cardlastfour, AES_DECRYPT(cardnum, MD5(CONCAT('$cc_encryption_hash',id)) ) as cardnum, AES_DECRYPT(expdate, MD5(CONCAT('$cc_encryption_hash',id)) ) as expdate, AES_DECRYPT(issuenumber, MD5(CONCAT('$cc_encryption_hash',id)) ) as issuenumber, AES_DECRYPT(startdate, MD5(CONCAT('$cc_encryption_hash',id)) ) as startdate FROM tblclients "); $stmt->execute(); $lines = $stmt->rowCount(); $results = $stmt->fetchAll(PDO::FETCH_ASSOC);
  3. Yep. Load all clients, then search them.
  4. Hi, I'm trying to find an easy way to search custom fields on a client clientproduct from the API. Is this supported? Like "getclients where customRefID = 'unique value'" Currently by my understanding I'll have to load all clients and search them in memory. Regards, Douglas.
  5. Hi, I'm adding a large amount of administration extras for one of my integration projects, and the products/services page is getting a little "full". Is there a module facility to allow additional pages in a similar way to ClientAreaCustomButtonArray? We are trying to reduce the number of support systems required for our client so they can reduce training requirements for new staff, and having an extra page or two for external data lookups would be awesome. Regards, Douglas.
  6. I need some help setting up a third party TCAdmin module. Integration seems to work (TCAdmin appears as an option when I try to create a product anyway) My TCAdmin works, I can provision servers etc with it, and my WHMCS install works, and integration with Kayako works. My problem is when I try to create the product using TCADMIN_ADVANCED all of the drop downs are empty, so I can't select anything. I also would like to have one product with lots of choices, do I need the configurable product addin? Cheers, Glitch
  7. I had a problem with a TCADMIN/PLESK/WHMCS/KAYAKO integration because I had installed across different subdomains. The file permissions on the one prevented the other from being accessed by the different IIS worker processes. So I had to add the IWPD_blahblah for each subdomain to permissions for each subdomain.. (or was it IUSR_blahblah can't remember now lol) Kayako support steered me to that. Same thing happened with TCAdmin, until permissions were properly added.
  8. Hi, I would ideally like to use WHMCS to manage the billing for 5 seperate website (for different brands I manage). Is it possible to use multiple sub-domains resolving to the same install (similar to how shared DNN hosting works) and run the system with one install? EDIT::: Please ignore this question... I actually read the forum for a change Also, we are considering a purchase of SmarterTrack, can it be integrated? Only reason I have made it whmcs is that I tried to install plesk billing and couldn't, and they charged me a $75 ticket to tell me to "check my database settings"..... So currently I run a plesk install, with smartertrack demo, and whmcs. If smartertrack is a no go, what other options are there for support ticketing? Regards.
