Guys, There is quite a bit of integration happening and on display in a showcase sub-forum. What are your reasons behind wanting loginshare integration? I understand CMS component and its advantages as well as same feel and look of whmcs support, However, I can not grasp what's the loginshare advantage?

2 questions: 1. I am looking for a recommendation of a payment and merchant gateway service provider offering an AVS for overseas credit card transactions. Currently we are using Authorize.net and they do not support this feature. 2. how do you handle (documentation-wise) chargeback requests? what seems to be sufficient to prove that card was present during transaction and service was delivered? (it seems crazy but according to authorize.net on-line rep some financial institutions issuing cards are not even requiring cardholder name matching)

Hi, I have affiliates set up in the following way (WHMCS 3.8.2) - Affiliate Earning Percentage - 0 - Affiliate Bonus Deposit - $5 - Affiliate Payout Amount - $50 - Affiliate Commission Delay - 90 days - in the products/servies affiliates tab for specific hosting product - we have: Affiliate Pay Type - Fixed Amount Affiliate Pay Amount - $10 Affiliate One Time - selected- Tick this box to only pay a one time payout for this product questions: 1. It seems that no $ is accumulating for affiliates except for the initial $5 bonus deposit (i.e. is system automatically adding "Affiliate Pay Amount - $10" or do we need to manually add it to their account when viewing affliate details for specific customer) 2. is there a problem in our settings i.e. "- Affiliate Earning Percentage - 0" option, should it say e.g. 1% - and then it gets overridden by products/services affiliates tab - FIXED AMOUNT?

What about the other way around - a new admin marked domains to auto-renew a while ago, and while payment is late, domain is renewed automatically, and then after payment is made it is renewed again - but customer paid only for 1 year. How can you avoid this for specific domains?

We have same problem here. I am running version 3.8.2, even if I go to Home page and click on "Attempt CC Payments", it will not go through all CC invoices and attempt to charge CC using CC details on file.

Hello, How do you record in WHMCS that a chargeback was requested/processed by a specific customer - for a specific invoice? Is there an option to block certain customers from selecting CC to make payments and only allow them to do Western Union or wire tranfer payments?
