  1. Ben yes actually the first time I typed in the subject of this thread i did indeed type in pop corn myself. I found that setting you were talking about and I think it's all setup now. And good idea on the forwarder I'll do that. Thanks! James
  2. Is there any way for whmcs to leave mail on the server when it parses it? Also I have disabled the bounce message yet it's still bouncing messages? I'd like to keep mail on the server so I can check it from my phone as well as various other computers.
  3. Never mind I'm an idiot I found it, if anyone else has similar problem later just click the change button for the email then click the Disable Checkbox at the top. Thanks I solved my own problem.
  4. How can I disable this message? I want anyone to be able to email my support address without seeing this response. Thanks, James
  5. yeah I just added the cron and got an email from the system it did a bunch of stuff. Including trying to suspend services lol. I suppose that cron runs daily correct I can't seem to find it in crontab.
  6. Right I think you could be correct. While billable items does seem to make more sense now it's possibly my cron is not running. However is there a difference between what the cron does and the Generate Invoices button does. I was shocked to see it generate invoices that were not due yet? I'm going to verify that cron is working as expected.
  7. Also I'm looking at this now it appears I should have possibly been using billable items instead of products as all my products are different for each client?
  8. I have multiple monthly recurring invoices on Products I have created. Today I noticed they were not automatically being generated and sent out to clients on the day they become due. So I hit the Generate Invoice button and it generated 11 or so invoices some of which are not even due yet? Is this normal behavior? Can anyone explain their experiences with this? I will note it did not generate invoices out past what would become due in a 7 day period from what I can see. Shouldn't the product automatically review each day what needs to be sent out to clients and then process it at that time? I don't want to invoice my clients before they are due. Thanks in advance for any assistance as I am a bit worried about this.
