my database is in latin1 but i have some content in tickets and other tables already in utf8 and i converted like you said . the result is that tickets data that was already in utf8 was converted to utf8 so it got corrupted and became unreadable . how can we fix that ? is there a way of preserving the aleady utf8 data during the convertion ? or a way to fix the corrupted data after convertion ??

looks better and better dear great work last request when i try to see ticket content that written in arabic it display symbols instead if the words . and i can`t write reply for the ticket in arabic through QWHMCS thank u

great work i have qapi.php in my includes folder since the previous release , should i change it after the update ? it`s great and we are very looking forward arabic support , thank u

the new version is Great and easy to use , it work with version 4 very Fine if U R Open to Suggestions : 1 - hope to make it lighter taking less resources . 2 - support arabic language cause we can`t see ticket content so i should open in it in WHMCS to see and reply . 3 - if possible , adding alert for new orders and cancellations will be nice .
