  1. As far as I can tell the support ticket "From" name is generated in the format of "Company Name Support Department". Our company name, Cave Interactive Media, is a little lengthy... so when the system adds "General Support", "Maintenance Requests", etc. to the end it becomes a little unwieldy for display in many mail clients. We generally use "CaveIM" as a shorter version of our name that our clients are familiar with. I would love to be able to have the e-mails come from "CaveIM" but can't seem to find a way to change it (without changing the "company name" setting and thus affecting branding of the entire system). Any suggestions? Thanks!
  2. I have searched the forum and looked through the manual and scoured the WHMCS interface.. I can't seem to figure out how to process affiliate withdrawals. I know they are something that must be manually credited... via paypal, check, credit to the account, etc, but how does one reset the balance back to zero and up the counter on the "total amount withdrawn"?
  3. The homepage is seriously jacked up for me (Firefox 2.0.0.3). Also that SitePal guy is annoying as hell; I couldn't figure out a way to make him shut up, and then he watched my cursor as I moved it around the screen. Creepy.
  4. Also it appears that the online status indicator is stuck in the "On" position on the WHMCS pages. And it's not clickable on those pages either.
  5. Doesn't look dark at all to me, I suppose maybe you've switched layouts? For what it's worth, I like the look of it. The nav and header are clean and attractive. The online status indicator looks a little out of place to me, graphically speaking. Might also consider increasing the line-height of your text a bit to improve readability.
  6. Slow loading for me, too, from OKC. Several of the graphics throughout the site also show some serious compression. Overall not bad, though.
  7. The site itself looks good, I'm not fond of the WHMCS integration, though. The text looks a little crammed together on the client area homepage. Also, if you click the Client Area link ("Area de Clientes") in the top right menu and you're already in the client area, it loads the client area in an iframe (spvhosting.pt/area-de-clientes.html) with the header and footer being displayed twice.
  8. Yes, I agree. I like the use of colors. I feel like it could benefit from a little more whitespace around the text but not bad
  9. Overall, not bad, but it seems a little "busy" to me. There are a lot of things to click on and read on the homepage, which might be a little overwhelming. WHMCS integration is decent, just looks to me like you've added a header and a footer and haven't changed much else (not that there is anything wrong with that). Also, your "hosting solutions" link is broken on the WHMCS pages.
  10. Nice job! Good to see a quality template contribution.
  11. Also, I think the header is a tad big, especially for visitors with lower resolutions.
  12. No problems with load time from Oklahoma City.
  13. My order form is actually completely custom on one site (because it's for a single service) and non-existent on the other (because we're using it to manage billing for various web services and not geared specifically toward hosting). The one order form is here: aeycsites.com/support/order.php That said, it would be easy to implement the style throughout the order form as well.
