Virtuozzo WHMCS Module Released!
agruetz replied to arisythila's topic in Commercial Modules and Addons
Hey everyone, We are releasing a critical update this afternoon, after being notified yesterday of the issue. It only effects windows VPS provisioning and fixes the following bugs: 1) Hostnames for windows would set over the max allowed for windows causing the system to error out. 2) Windows automatically starts the VPS thus causing it to error out when we attempt to start it again. Both of the have been fixed. We recommend you upgrade. Thanks, Anthony -
Virtuozzo WHMCS Module Released!

That is why we are looking to obtain a external licensing contract so that we may cut much of the frustration people have with swsoft, and deal directly with a company who can both support plesk/virtuozzo/expand etc... and get licenses with a quality no hassel easy to deal with company. -

You do not want to know, dealing with billing/sales lately has been a total nightmare, and we are actually working on seeing if we can get a contract to provide external licensing. -

Status update of the next release. The next release should happen within the next two weeks. It will contain the following additions: 1) Eye candy ie a customer will be able to click a button inside of WHMCS and veiw in graph form their, Current disk space usage, current memory usage and current CPU usage 2) bug fixes for licensing issues that still remain from the last update. Apparently we missed a few that in certain cases can cause the license to show as inactive when it is. Still in the works: 1) Integration with the swsoft key administration to fully automate license key creation and installation. -

Sorry for the delay guys. We had plans for a release this weekend, but we had some trouble during the test/doc writing phase and had to go back and fix some minor code issues. All has been solved at this time. The code is ready I am just waiting for the new docs to be updated by my Mike and we will get this new version out as well as a change log with a complete list of changes etc... Thanks, Anthony -

WHMCS - Softlayer API Addon
agruetz replied to Corehoster.com's topic in Commercial Modules and Addons
If that is truly the case then, I think you all just selected our next module that we will develop and support. We had already been playing with the idea. Then I saw this thread. Once I finish the additions to the Virtuozzo Automation module I will put together a timeline for what we can do for a softlayer API. Thanks, Anthony -

We are interested in maybe taking this over and putting professional development behind this. That is assuming you have legal right to do this. Thanks, Anthony -
Virtuozzo WHMCS Module Released!
agruetz replied to arisythila's topic in Commercial Modules and Addons
I am actually working on adding this feature right now. It will be in the next release which should be out end of the month to mid next month. Current status update on the other area's we are working on. * Plesk Control panel installation into a VPS based on selection on the order forms - Completed and working in test enviroment. The next course of action is to get this integrated into the key administrator for parallel's. This will allow for 100% automated VPS's with plesk including license key installation. Hope that answers your question if you have any other idea's we are more than happy to hear them. Thanks, Anthony -

I have apologized about that, I had a rather off day. We take great pride in what we do and we offer a level of support that is rarely matched. However we are human and we make mistakes. When we do we apologize and fix the issue and move on. Anthony -

Virtuozzo WHMCS Module Released!
agruetz replied to arisythila's topic in Commercial Modules and Addons
How many more times do we need to tell you that we have that in the plans already before you stop bring it up? Secondly if you do not understand how the WHMCS api works please stop trying to tell us how to write for it. Our module controls NOTHING of the billing side. It is simply called by WHMCS when certain things happen on the WHMCS side. Also we have already given you several current work arounds to this plesk control panel issue. Now if you would kindly stop bring it up we heard you the first ten times. If you can not offer any further idea's other than to tell us the same thing over and over, and trying to explain to us how to write the code then, please sit down and be quite. This functionality will be included in a future release just like I have already said before. -

At this time no, however you can do the following if you setup container sample configurations with plesk etc... in them it will auto provision that container with that sample and applications templates. We plan to make control panels, upgrades and down grades of specs 100% selectable in the near future. Anthony -

Not yet. This is a planned feature to add we are currently looking into. They can still go in via power panel and add it. Thanks, Anthony -
Just so everyone knows beta testing sign up has closed and by Monday July 6 2009 we will be releasing the first production copy of this module. Anthony
-
We will be setting setup a public community forum for feature requests/idea's etc... We just will not be doing issue/possible bugs via a forum. That would be a complete nightmare for the development team. Anthony

Send me a PM with all the info requested in the first post and we will add you to the beta testing. Let me remind you though this is a beta test, we have tested it as best we can but it is not recommended in a production environment yet. We would be more than happy to have you test it, some debugging may require access (this has been an issue for a few testers) if this is an issue we may not be able to debug all issue for you if they arise. Anyway look forward to hearing from you and seeing what kind of feed back you have for us. Anthony
