The same thing is happening to me.
payment gets completed, account setup automatically but the order stays at pending, apparently because they signed up with a free email address even though I have it set to accept free emails.
Hey guys.
I have setup dedicated IP and SSL certificates as configurable options with no setup price and an annual price.
While they are showing up on the order form, they don't appear to be getting charged.
Any ideas what I may have done wrong?
Hi everyone,
after setting up everything in paypal and whmcs, I put through a test order, the initial payment went through fine but it doesn't seem to have created a subscription.
I have force subscriptions ticked so any other suggestions what might be wrong?
Thanks.
Pete.
When someone registers a domain through us, I want to automatically park it until they change the name servers. Similar to what hostgator does. I know how to set up my side of it in whmcs, but how can I automatically add the domain to my account with a parking company? ie. sedo, domainsponsor etc?
Are there any that have an api or whmcs module for such a thing?
Thanks
Pete.
Hey all,
Is it possible to setup ssl certificates as an optional addon product for when they order a hosting package instead of having it as its own product?
Thanks.
Pete
how do i change the url to for the client area to something like this
http://hostpenguin.net/clients/
so that people can't see my whmcs installation directory?
Cheers
Pete
does anyone know how to setup whm / whmcs to sell extra features?
ie. package includes x number of email address or databases with additional ones available for extra fee.
I can't seem to find any option for it.
Regards,
Peter
I'm hoping someone can help me.
I originally had whmcs installed to http://www.mysite.com/whmcs/
This installation worked fine.
My web designer asked me to reinstall it to http://www.mysite.com/folder/whmcs
So I had my host reissue my license with the new details and proceeded to reinstall but now when I try to log in it gives me a license invalid error.
Does anyone know what I can do?
Regards,
Peter
