Thanks for the quick reply. I used the singlepage template before, but I changed back to default. So I'm not using a customised template, just the stock default one.

Hello fellow WHMCS users, I've been setting up WHMCS to work with Plesk (9.2) for ages now, and now that I've got things set up, I tried to do a test order. Thing is, right after choosing my package and trying to either use domain registration or transfer, the Check Availability button just runs the progress bar animation, then return back to the site. There's no text or any other kind of indication whether the domain is free or not, so whois isn't working properly? Through the admin interface, the whois utility works just fine. What could be causing this? I know it's not php's safemode, since I turned that off. Thank you.
