I have the same problem since yesterday... It`s very strange.

I added that line in configuration.php and I have this information in the profile, and when I try to create the domain in plesk : Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getcustomfields() in /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs/includes/customfieldfunctions.php on line 0 In WHMCS 3.71 and now in v4, my clients have a custom field, the VAT number. What can I do? (Thanks, sparky)

I have Whmcs v4, recently upgraded. My problems are that I get a blank page when I try to go to a client's profile in admin area, for all clients. Also, when I try to create a profile in my plesk server, I get another blank page. I check the admin/clientprofile.php file, and it looks ok.

I don't know how I fixed it, but i follow this steps: 1 - backup files and database 2 - delete all files 3 - download to serve the whmcs_v400.zip file 4 - expand the zip and move to root dir 5 - open configuration.php in windows and save it in UTF-8 and UNIX format 6 - set chmod 777 to templates_c 7 - voila!
