Ok, I have automatic set up correctly. I tested it with setup automatically not being charged when order is placed. It setups the account automatically. I change it to a plan I have for 5.99 and set to setup after payment received(also tried testing after order placed). However it doesn't want to work when entering coupon. It just goes into pending. The coupon is set as follows: name=100off, type=fixed amount 5.99(price of plan for first month), cycles=monthly and annually, applies to=the plan for 5.99, expiration=field blank, max uses=set at 0 for unlim, apply once and apply to new signups only. My host told me he doesn't know why it's not working cause everything is setup correctly so told me to come over here.

Ok so when I go to add new coupon this is what I do: add new Promotion code: 100off type I chose: pfixed amount value i chose: 8.99 cycles i chose: one time applies to: I hit control and pick the plan I want it to apply to expiration: I leave blank max use: I leave 0 for unlim apply once and new signups I leave unchecked then I hit save changes. I go to test this out I enter the code and this is what I get: Subtotal: $8.99 USD $8.99 One Time Discount: -$0.00 USD Total Due Today: $8.99 USD Total Recurring: $8.99 USD Monthly It's not taking it's giving me a total due today and I want them to have the first payment free with the code. What am I doing wrong? Or was is this not working?
