  1. Hi Redrat I updated Java but still have the same problem - a bit of a strange mystery. I also got a friend to check on their Internet Explorer 7 and theirs was fine like Chickendippers was. In conclusion I am thinking that this is something unique with me or rare so I shouldn't need to worry as customers will not experience it. many thanks Coachmaster
  2. hmm... maybe its just mine, thank you for checking. It seems to happen when my mouse rolls over.
  3. Hi both No I wouldn't be using the existing skin. It comes with CSS options which will help customisation I'd imagine. Still concerned about IE7, I have attached what it looks like in the demo on this browser. Thanks for the work around idea. I tested it on the demo and seemed to be an option to consider. I'll have to change the way I market it a bit but its definately worth thinking about so thank you. I've decided to hold off purchase for now till the new one comes out. many thanks coachmaster
  4. Ah yes, thank you. Based on your response I have just had a look at some of the V4 info in the news forum. It looks like its going to be a good system - not sure if it can do exactly what I want but with the extra features I might be able to find a suitable work around.;-) I'll keep checking for its release. BTW on the V3 demo (client's side) using Internet Explorer 7 browser the drop down menus and some of the graphics seem to double and drop down a couple of pixels which apart from being wierd it makes it trickier to select options. It works fine on Firefox but I'm worried that as most of my customers are mainly Internet Explorer users. Maybe this is just on my computer? Perhaps V4 will be okay. kind regards coachmaster
  5. hi I've played about with the WHMCS demo and it seems it meet some of my needs. However there are some things which I'm not sure it can do which are important for my business. I want to offer my customers a package like this: webdesign + 1yrs free: hosting + domain for say £500 and then £100 recurring hosting + domain fee. If its possible I'd also like to insert a php form at the start of the process where customers could fill in some info on what they would want for their web design as part of the buying process. When I tried the demo I tried the setup at £500 and recurring at £100 to do this, only it didn't work the way I wanted as the package price to start off ended up as being £600. I'd be grateful for any assistance kind regards coachmaster
