Do you have any plans to accept Paypal or Moneybookers. I don't feel safe using Credit Cards on the Internet.

We have quite a few servers located throughout the world and would like to know if its possible for the server location to be chosen during checkout? All the servers we have listed in servers are like "UK1" "UK2" "USA1" "USA2" Is this possible?
