  1. Ok. Then I guess we'll need to be prepared for a communication mess until this gets fix. Thanks
  2. Hi, After upgrading to v7, all support tickets include the "reply-to" header with the email configured in "default sender address used for emails sent by WHMCS". Since we use a different email for support departments, this doesn't work for us. How can I forced WHMCS to use the email configured for each support department and not the default one or just remove the "reply-to" header? Thanks
  3. I'm having the same issue. It just stop working properly overnight. I have applied the latest patch to no avail. I have version 4.5.2 and have no immediate plans to upgrade, so I need another solution Thanks
  4. I have found this: http://code.google.com/p/namecheap/ Not sure if it would be the whmcs from now on and the whmcs module should be replaced or it is a parallel development from namecheap and it's up to us to decide which to use ? I hope whmcs staff could chime in.
  5. +1 Here, hoping there is a module update soon considering the changes.
  6. Hi, I just wanted to let you know that when a fixed amount promotion is set and you use multiple currencies it will not convert or at least it did not happen to me. Let's say I use USD as my main currency. So I set up a promotion giving $2 USD off the price. There is no option to set in what currency is the fixed amount set. When I client comes and buys something in EURO, the promotion code will take 2 EUR directly, resulting, in this case, in a greater discount. Maybe this could be fixed in the next release if it's indeed correct the way I'm setting this. So while this gets fixed, you better use percentage if you have more than one currency. If I'm wrong please let me know what is the correct way to set a fixed amount promotion with multiple currencies. Thanks
  7. Hi OmanDiGi, You need to set your sandbox API key at WHMCS and enable the IP's from which you are going to communicate to namecheap. Sorry for my late reply
  8. +1 with this annoying problem and have tried everything mentioned above and no luck. It's been like 4 or 5 times that happens and the worse part is that the last ticket I opened (today) regarding this it was closed with no reply (I re-opened). I think it's not fair paying extra for this if once a month we're going to have to deal with it
  9. Hi, I have enabled namecheap api sandbox for testing. I did a registration test, but at the sandbox I don't see the domain supposed to be registered. This is supposed to happen, correct ? How do I tell the module that the registration should be made at the sandbox ? Thanks !
  10. I just want to make sure, do you mean the recurring charges/invoices will update each time the rates updates ? or were you talking about prices in general ?
  11. Hi, If my default currency is USD and I have other currencies available, if I client signs up based on another currency than USD it will keep the rate used when he signed up for the rest of his recurring bills ? Or the rates updates will change his billing every month ? Thanks in advance
  12. Pick a variable as reference from the English.txt lang file. Example: $LANG.globalsystemname Then set your conditions around that variable default value in English.txt like this: {if $LANG.globalsystemname eq "Portal Home"} English text {else} Other Language text {/if} That could be a workaround.
  13. Go to your general settings -> localisation and change the charset option to iso-8859-1. That should fix it
  14. About the invoice currency, so there is not a way to manual create a new invoice for a client in a different currency ? Reviewing the currency change issue, I think it may be something that has been overlooked. Since it is something that it can be set, but it applies half way as the prefix/suffix changes, but amounts won't convert. The way Matt describes it makes it look like it's intended that way, but I feel it like a bug maybe ? As I don't see the use for the currency setting per client then or I might not getting it the way it should be.
  15. Ok, then this can be added as a feature request
  16. Hi, I wonder if anyone else is having this situation. My base currency is USD and I added EUR, CAD and MXN. Updating rates and prices is working well. But if I set a different currency for a particular customer, the prices for his services won't update. The prefix/suffix changes, but prices remain the same as the base currency, same thing happens with his previous invoices, although they're paid, but I think it's better for paid inovices to not change prefix/suffix because they were already paid with another currency. Also, when trying to create an invoice, there is no option (or I cant find it) to set the currency you want to use for that invoices and is not picking up the currency previously chosen for the client. Anyone ? Thanks
  17. Funny thing is that anyother single-mode message works well. That's throwing me off.
  18. Normally I'm pretty good at searching at google, but never occurred to me I can use the same parameters here, like quoting for a exact phrase match. Silly me. Though that last tip you mention I've never tried before, seems pretty good. Thanks again bear
  19. Yeah I looked at the templates, but missed (stupidly) the homepage.tpl Thank you again EDIT: I posted something before this about the "searching" and didn't show.
  20. Hmm, tried the same and got tons of results (not all related), and now tried again and got pretty narrow results. Is there a difference on results if your logged in or not ? Thanks bear
  21. I'm looking for this as well, and sorry, but forum search is pretty weak (not only for this, but for many other issues). Wiki is about the same.
  22. While trying to send a mass email I get Internal Server Error. The file being called is sendmessage.php Did i miss something during installation ? Can't find anything related to this at Documentaton (it's pretty poor by the way). Thanks
  23. I'm also interested in this answer. Anyone ? Thanks
