I have this strange problem, as you can see in the image below a domain registration costs € 11,50 without 21% tax. The subtotal should be € 11,50 but it shows € 11,00 ! Also the tax (btw) should not be € 2,00 strange enough the small Totals shows exactly the right price (11,50 x 1,21 = 13,92) and again below that the amount to be paid is wrong again € 13,00 (this should be € 13,97)

WHMCS technical support mailed me an answer: The problem you are seeing in this ticket is a verified bug in WHMCS. The case number assigned to this bug is 3717. We have slated this issue to be fixed in WHMCS 5.3.2. So if anyone else has this problem....it will be fixed in the 5.3.2. release.

When i use my default browser Google Chrome, the show/hide options in the calendar stop working. When i open the calendar is completely blanc, the 5 checkboxes are all unchecked so thats seems to be normal but when i check one (or more) nothing happens, its unchecked immediately and the calendar stays empty. When i open the calendar in firefox, IE of opera it works fine as it should. This seems to be a Chrome related problem. Anybody any idea? It started after i installed the 5.2.13 versions of WHMCS. I've patched to 5.2.14 now and the problem is still there

After i updated to 5.2.13 all emails send from WHMCS contain random = marks in it. There are randomly all over the text, here is an example: Hierbij ontvangt u de factuur voor de aan u geleverde diensten,= de factuur is als bijlage aan dit email bericht ge= koppeld en is ook online in te zien op http://clients.luckysoft.nl/viewinvoice.php?id= =640. De factuurdatum is 21/11/2013 met een betalingstermijn van 14 d= agen. Er kunnen pas rechten ontleend worden aan uw order na beta= ling van deze factuur, wanneer uw betaling bij ons binnen i= s ontvangt u van ons een een bevestiging. Also the layout is messed up, fonts are small and big and have different fonts. When i take a look at the email template it looks fine! This is what the template looks like: Hierbij ontvangt u de factuur voor de aan u geleverde diensten, de factuur is als bijlage aan dit email bericht gekoppeld en is ook online in te zien op {$invoice_link}. No = marks at all in the template I've tryid to edit the template changed it and so on but nothing works. Also restored a backup from before the update, did the update again and the same problem exists

I have this problem, when i go to the General Setting and use the default System Charset (utf-8 under Localisation) the frontend doesn't display the euro symbol right Instead of a euro symbol it displays a sort of question mark ..... Hello, I want to create a custom footer in the pdf invoice, but have some problems fixing it First i have added $pdf->Image(ROOTDIR.'/images/factuur-footer.jpg',20,254,170,29); to the pdfconfig.php this works fine but is only shown at the first page if there are multiple pages, how can i make it that this footer is on all the pages ? Second, if there are a large number of products the products are displayed over the footer, is there a ware to break the text on the page before the footer ? here is an example of the pdf invoice i have made: http://www.luckysoft.nl/images/59.pdf Hope someone can help me....

Hello, I've got a weird template problem, I have made a change to the header.tpl file, inserted some html code to add a menu to the top of the page, the menu didn't work oke so i removed the html code again from the header.tpl file. After that I uploaded the template again but the menu keeps showing on the page although is not in the template anymore ?!? how is this possible ? Greetings Luc
