  1. Hi, since the latest WHMCS update I no longer see support tickets posted. I do receive the email notification that there is new support request but when logged the list is empty. If I use the email link I do see the support ticket and if I reply it then shows also in the ticket list. Any idea? Thanks
  2. dear joe123, thanks for the kind words at least i'm the only guy in the whole wide world who made a german translation available believe me it is not so easy to translate an english lang file which is made of hundtred technical phrases and words when even the english meaning is not always 100% clear. i did it in a full day work. the english sentences have different structures and the phrases are sometimes split into 2-3 vars and later combined automatically for display. but this won't work in german because in german you would combine the sentence differnt. however i do admit that my swiss german may not be as sophisticated as your german german. instead of complaining it is now your turn to take my german lang file and correct it and resubmit it to Matt, okay?
  3. Hello all, My hoster has finally agreed to allow cross server socket connection in order for WHMCS import script to import the accounts from the various servers. My question is that after importing and opening the accounts to add the missing data like customer address etc. do I have to manually set a price for the "Recurring Amount" or can I leave it at 0.00 and the app will get the amount form the WHMCS product automatically when creating the invoice? I understand that I need to set the Billing Cycle->Anually and put a due date but not sure if I also have to manually add the recurring price too? Thanks for advising. Regards
  4. I use Joomla iframe wrapper to display WHMCS. In the email invoices the link to login to WHCMS goes directly to WHMCS. I'd like to add a back to frame Javascipt which opens my Joomla page and the corresponding WHMCS URL inside the iframe wrapper. Anybody has done this or knows how to do this. Else is it possible to change the link in the invoice emails to display a link opening Joomla with the corresponding WHCS page in the wrapper? Thanks
  5. Hi, I've just started using WHMCS and are about to import the accounts using WHM Import script. When I edit one of the imported accounts I can edit the owner's address and save it. When I change to the product I can add the recurring fee but as soon as I add the recurring date and try to save it nothing happens. It is not saving anything and the broweser get stuck. When I reload the browser and login to the admin panel the hosting account is gone but the customer address is still their. I then have to reimport the acocunt from WHM. Anyone knows what could cause this problem? Thanks
  6. Interesting, maybe this will help me too. I tried to have a little login form in Joomla which should call the WHMCS dologin page in the wrapper iframe and automatically login. I did not figure out how pass on the login data. Maybe your solution works for me too. I'll give it a try. Thanks
  7. Is there a list of WHMCS vars I can use to include in the PDF or Email templates? Thanks
  8. Hi, My main payment method is Bank Transfer". I'd like to add the bank transfer info that I've added in the Admin part to show in my PDF invoice. I understand that I need to edit the pdfconfig.php but what are the vars I need to add? if($paymentmethod=="bank transfer") { .... ... Thanks for your kind help
Thanks
