Hi all I have whmcsw setup for a linux cpanel server and windows plesk server which works, but on the windows plesk server although whmcs creates the account, when you try and go to the holding page it says page cannot be displayed. in the welcome email that whmcs creates it says until your domain resolve you can view your website here http://123.123.123.34/~username though when clicking on this link it says page cannot be displayed. Has anyone else experienced this? Hope someone can help Steve

Hi All I have setup a plesk server with the templates for the client and a domain name template, i have then added these to whmcs, but when i try to do a test account i keep getting this error: 1013 - Template is not found Anyone have a solution to this? or why its happening Steve

Hi everyone We have just imported everyone from whmautopilot to whmcs and when i view everyones invoice it comes up as its been paid even though it hasnt. Does anyone know why this is happening? Steve

Hi all We have been getting clients sign up and not recieving there login information for there hosting account. We looked into this and it seems its not been sent due to an error. When we went to see why it wasnt been sent, this is the error its returning when we try to send it out manually: Fatal error: Smarty error: [in emailtpl:emailmessage line 18]: syntax error: unrecognized tag: $service_domain">http://www.{$service_domain (Smarty_Compiler.class.php, line 439) in /home/devine/public_html/clients/libs/Smarty.class.php on line 1095 May i just say nothing has been changed on our end. Hope someone can help
